200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

4-Day Immersion + Weekend Intensive

Program Philosophy

Kate’s yoga teacher training program provides its trainees with the environment and the tools needed to become a certified yoga instructor. She understands that authentic teaching is grown out of a deep personal practice; as such her training emphasizes empowerment, discovery, and exploration of the Self as the transformational foundation for instruction. Kate integrates traditional yoga teachings with modern evidence-based techniques to create a holistic training. Through the study of 25 foundational asana (poses), pranayama (yogic-breathing), meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and practice teaching, students leave the training with a wholesome personal practice and with a readiness to share the teachings of yoga as a certified yoga instructor.

Thursday:  7:00pm - 8:30pm (welcome night)
Friday:  1:30pm - 9:00pm
Saturday:  11:30am - 7:00pm
Sunday:  11:00am - 5:00pm

11 Weekend Intensives:

Fridays:  6:00pm - 9:00pm
Saturdays:  11:30am - 7:00pm
Sundays:  11:00am - 5:00pm

Admission Requirements

  • Submit an application with non-refundable deposit

  • Interview with lead trainer

  • Maintain a regular yoga practice

  • Entrance into the program is at the discretion of the training faculty; the program has the right to deny entrance to unqualified applicants.

Graduation Requirements

  • Attend ALL training sessions (unless pre-approved to miss time)

  • Complete all weekly homework and reading

  • Attend 24 yoga classes

  • Observe 3 yoga classes

  • Assist 2 yoga classes

  • Teach 5 community yoga classes

  • Achieve a passing score on the final exam

  • Achieve a passing score on the final practicum

After your application is reviewed, you will received an email designating the next steps in the application process which include:  an interview with the lead trainer, and a non-refundable $250 deposit.

Payment Options:

We have multiple payment options available! Firstly, to reserve your spot in the training, you'll need to submit a $250 deposit. The deposit can be paid on its own or as part of the full tuition. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All training deposits are non-refundable. In the event of extenuating circumstances, tuition refunds may be possible through TBD.
